1. Scope
Eatibo is operated by ARRWAY LTD (company number 14804708), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. This Refund Policy applies to paid Eatibo subscriptions, credits, membership benefits and other digital purchases unless a separate checkout page states otherwise.
2. App store purchases
If you purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests are controlled by the relevant store's rules and tools. We cannot directly issue refunds for store-managed purchases unless the platform provides that ability.
Please use the refund process provided by Apple, Google or the applicable app marketplace. We can help identify purchase details if you contact support.
3. Web payments
For purchases made directly on Eatibo's website or web app, contact us at [email protected] with your account email, order identifier, purchase date and reason for the request.
Unless required by law, refunds are generally not available for already consumed digital credits, used AI analysis, completed billing periods or partial subscription periods.
4. Eligible refund situations
We may approve a refund where required by consumer law, where there is a duplicate charge, where a purchase was clearly accidental and unused, or where a technical issue caused you to be unable to access a paid feature and we cannot reasonably resolve it.
Refund requests should be submitted promptly. For web purchases, please contact us within 14 days of purchase where possible.
5. Cancellations are not refunds
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal. It does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or approved under this policy or the applicable store policy.
6. Abuse and chargebacks
We may refuse refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive or inconsistent with this policy. Unresolved chargebacks may lead to suspension of paid features while the payment issue is reviewed.
