1. Subscription plans
Eatibo is operated by ARRWAY LTD (company number 14804708), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. Eatibo may offer free, trial and paid subscription plans. Plan features, limits, prices, billing periods and renewal terms are shown before checkout or inside the relevant app store subscription screen.
2. Auto-renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal deadline shown by the applicable store or payment provider.
By starting a paid subscription, you authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the recurring fees, taxes and any disclosed price changes until the subscription is cancelled.
3. Trials and promotions
Trial or promotional access may convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled in time. Trial eligibility, duration and conversion terms are shown before activation.
We may change, withdraw or limit promotional offers where allowed by law and platform rules.
4. Cancellation
You are responsible for cancelling through the same platform used to purchase the subscription, such as Apple App Store, Google Play or the web account billing portal.
Deleting the Eatibo app or deleting your Eatibo account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by an app store or external payment provider.
5. Access after cancellation
After cancellation, you normally keep paid access until the end of the current billing period unless the store, payment provider or a legal requirement states otherwise.
If payment fails, if a charge is reversed, or if a subscription expires, paid features may be reduced, suspended or ended.
6. Plan changes and pricing changes
If you upgrade, downgrade or switch plans, changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing date depending on the platform and checkout terms.
We will present material price changes as required by law and applicable store rules. If you do not accept a required price change, you may need to cancel before renewal.
7. Taxes and billing information
Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location, store and payment provider. You are responsible for keeping payment and billing information accurate.
