References to "Eatibo", "we", "us" or "our" mean ARRWAY LTD. References to "you" mean the person or organisation using our website, mobile app or related services.
2. What Eatibo provides
Eatibo provides AI-assisted food scanning, meal logging, nutrition estimates, hydration tracking, medication reminders, coaching prompts and related wellness tools.
Nutrition analysis, food recognition and AI responses are estimates. They may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. Always verify important information, including allergens, ingredients, medication instructions and medical advice, with qualified professionals or product labels.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
If you use Eatibo on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Eatibo to break the law, harm others, infringe intellectual property rights, upload illegal or abusive content, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, reverse engineer protected parts of the service or misuse automated access.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms, law, platform rules or service integrity have been breached.
5. User content and data you provide
You remain responsible for the photos, text, meal records, health preferences and other content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support and improve Eatibo.
Do not upload content unless you have the right to do so. Avoid uploading sensitive information that is not needed for the service.
6. Subscriptions, payments and trials
Paid plans, trials, renewal dates, taxes and billing periods are shown before purchase. Some purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play or another payment provider, and their payment rules may also apply.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund unless required by law or the applicable store/payment policy. More detail is available in our Refund Policy and Subscription Policy.
7. Health and medication disclaimer
Eatibo is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or professional healthcare advice. Food, hydration and medication reminders are convenience tools only.
For allergies, intolerances, nutrition plans, medication, pregnancy, chronic conditions, emergencies or any health concern, consult a qualified clinician, pharmacist, dietitian or relevant professional.
8. Service availability and changes
We work to keep Eatibo available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, limit, suspend or discontinue features where needed for product, security, legal or operational reasons.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eatibo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your place of residence, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
